Connect potential to possibilities.

Problem

Internship hiring wastes time on both sides.

Students can't show what they can do. Companies can't spot it. The result: more applications, slower hiring, missed matches.

01

No visibility

Students

Locked out without a network

The best roles hinge on who you know, so capable students stay unseen.

Companies

Buried in volume

Hundreds of applications make real review nearly impossible.

02

No signal

Students

A CV can't show what you can do

CVs list experience, rarely the skills behind it.

Companies

Every CV looks the same

Similar templates and keywords hide real ability.

03

No feedback

Students

Rejections with zero feedback

Rejections come with no feedback, so students can't improve.

Companies

Hiring becomes guesswork

Recruiters guess who fits instead of comparing actual skills.

High volume, low signal. Great matches get missed.

Matching

How a match is made.

You work through five steps in order. Companies describe their roles from the same official skills catalogue you describe yourself with. Because both sides speak that one vocabulary, the comparison is a comparison.

Upload your documents

Upload your CV and transcript. This comes first, because everything after it is pre-filled from what we read.

CVTranscript

The assistant proposes, you confirm

An AI assistant reads your documents, splits them into individual claims, searches the catalogue and proposes entries. It proposes; it never decides. A suggestion counts only once you confirm it, with its level and its wording, one decision at a time. The scoring itself is plain integer arithmetic over a published rule: no model output ever becomes a number in it.

Skills and levels are self-reported and unverified. They are not checked or evidenced, and a written statement never changes a number.
