Connect potential to possibilities.
Internship hiring wastes time on both sides.
Students can't show what they can do. Companies can't spot it. The result: more applications, slower hiring, missed matches.
No visibility
Locked out without a network
The best roles hinge on who you know, so capable students stay unseen.
Buried in volume
Hundreds of applications make real review nearly impossible.
No signal
A CV can't show what you can do
CVs list experience, rarely the skills behind it.
Every CV looks the same
Similar templates and keywords hide real ability.
No feedback
Rejections with zero feedback
Rejections come with no feedback, so students can't improve.
Hiring becomes guesswork
Recruiters guess who fits instead of comparing actual skills.
High volume, low signal. Great matches get missed.
How a match is made.
You work through five steps in order. Companies describe their roles from the same official skills catalogue you describe yourself with. Because both sides speak that one vocabulary, the comparison is a comparison.
Upload your documents
Upload your CV and transcript. This comes first, because everything after it is pre-filled from what we read.
The assistant proposes, you confirm
Reads and proposes. It splits your documents into individual claims and searches the catalogue.
Never decides. A suggestion counts only once you confirm it: you see the whole list with its proposed levels, change or remove what does not fit, and accept the rest with one click; a statement of your own is optional.
The score is arithmetic. Plain integers over a published rule — no model output ever becomes a number.
Confirm your profile
Confirm the details we read from your documents, and fill in anything missing.
- Field of study
- University
- Expected graduation
Confirm your skills
Confirm your skills. The assistant suggests entries from your documents; you decide on each one, and you set the level.
Confirmed by you
1 Familiar · 2 Basic · 3 Working · 4 Advanced · 5 Expert
One catalogue, both sides
ESCO 1.2.1. The European Commission's classification of skills, competences and occupations, in German and English.
Both sides pick from it. A role's requirement and a student's claim are finally the same kind of statement.
Deterministic search. Lexical, with no vector search anywhere.
Choose interest areas
Choose your interest areas. They shape which roles fit you, and they are required before you can apply.
Describe your workspace
Describe the working environment you thrive in. Also required before you can apply.
The same spectrums, both sides
You place yourself on them. A set of workplace spectrums, and you pick the options that fit.
Companies read it alongside your skills. It is one of the four things a role is scored on; the company sets how much it counts.
See how you match
Each role row takes its single best pairing from your confirmed skills. Meeting the level counts; a related catalogue entry still counts, a little less.
What the role asks for
Example role- Financial modellingHighRole4You3
Matched to your Financial modelling — the same catalogue entry.
- Data analyticsMediumRole3You4
Matched to your Data analysis — a related entry in the catalogue.
- Market researchLowRole3You2
Matched to your Market research — the same catalogue entry.
You see a band, never a number. Companies see the full calculation, row by row, once you apply.
Skills and levels are self-reported and unverified. They are not checked or evidenced, and a written statement never changes a number.
This service uses the ESCO classification of the European Commission.
